We guarantee our socks for a long life of adventure. On the off chance your socks do not hold up – we'd love to send you a new pair free of charge!

Get in contact with us at info@samsox.com with an image of the damaged socks as well as your proof of purchased to begin your claim. Wanting to speed things up? We strongly recommend registering your product as soon as you buy them to assist in any future claims. Claims on registered products do not require you to dig up a proof of purchase, and ensure a streamlined process should anything go wrong with your socks.
